Basic conditions:

• No deductible, no deposit
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Driving license valid for at least 1 year
• The driver is the one mentioned on the contract
• Compliance with Swiss road traffic law (LCR) and highway code
• The vehicle is made available for strictly lawful purposes. Any use of the vehicle for purposes contrary to current laws and regulations is formally prohibited. The lessee assumes full civil and criminal liability for any illicit act committed during the rental period, as well as all resulting financial consequences.
• Rental duration: The duration is calculated from the key handover time agreed between the parties. Any delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 15 minutes will incur additional charges of CHF 30.00 per commenced 15-minute period. In the event of a foreseeable delay, the lessee is required to inform UpRent Cars at least 15 minutes before the agreed return time.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of key handover (interior included)
