Basic conditions:

• No deductible, no deposit
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• The driver is the one mentioned on the contract
• Compliance with the Road Traffic Act and Swiss Highway Code rules
• The vehicle is made available for strictly lawful purposes. Any use of the vehicle for purposes contrary to current laws and regulations is formally prohibited. The renter assumes full civil and criminal liability for any illegal act committed during the rental period, as well as all resulting financial consequences.
• Rental duration: The duration is calculated from the key handover time agreed between the parties. Any delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 15 minutes will incur additional charges of CHF 30.00 for every 15-minute period started. In case of foreseeable delay, the renter is obliged to inform UpRent Cars at least 15 minutes before the agreed return time.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when the keys were handed over (including the interior)
