 Basic Conditions:

• No deductible, no deposit
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Driving license valid for at least 1 year
• The driver is the one mentioned in the contract
• Compliance with LCR and Swiss Highway Code rules
• The vehicle is provided for strictly lawful purposes. Any use of the vehicle for purposes contrary to current laws and regulations is formally prohibited. The renter assumes full civil and criminal liability for any unlawful act committed during the rental period, as well as all resulting financial consequences.
• Rental duration: The duration is calculated from the key handover time agreed upon by the parties. Any delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 15 minutes will incur additional charges of CHF 30.00 for each commenced 15-minute period. In case of foreseeable delay, the renter is obliged to inform UpRent Cars at least 15 minutes before the agreed return time.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the key handover (including interior)
