Basic conditions:

• No deductible, no deposit
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Driving license valid for at least 1 year
• The driver is the one mentioned on the contract
• Compliance with the Road Traffic Act and Swiss Highway Code rules
• The vehicle is made available for strictly lawful purposes. Any use of the vehicle for purposes contrary to current laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. The lessee assumes full civil and criminal responsibility for any illegal act committed during the rental period, as well as all resulting financial consequences.
• Rental duration: The duration is calculated from the key handover time agreed upon by the parties. Any delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 15 minutes will incur additional charges of CHF 30.00 per commenced 15-minute period. In the event of a foreseeable delay, the lessee is required to inform UpRent Cars at least 15 minutes before the agreed return time.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the key handover (including interior)
